Pineapple Banana, Mango Smoothie (a real tropical treat)
1 cup crushed ice
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, cored and chopped
1 large ripe sliced banana
1 cup sliced mango
Blend ingredients in blender. Garnish with lime
Orange Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
1 sweet orange peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sliced fresh pineapple
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup of orange-pineapple juice or banana-orange-pineapple juice
1/2 cup of ice
Blend the banana with the ice and juice till slushy. Add the oranges and pineapples slices and blend on high for around 1 minute until pineapples are finely blended.
