Ingredients
2 bananas
Handful of frozen raspberries
Small amount of coconut milk (around 2tbsp)
Method
- Chop bananas into small chunks and freeze overnight
- Put the frozen banana, frozen raspberries and the coconut milk into a blender. I would suggest adding less coconut milk to start and add a bit more if you need it to blend easier
- Blend. You’ll need a fairly powerful blender and it might get stuck on some larger chunks so just keep pausing it and rearranging everything with a spoon occasionally
And that’s basically it! Ridiculously easy and also super yummy. I usually have mine topped with some flakes almonds or ground linseed just for a bit of texture.
