Raspberry Nana Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 bananas
Handful of frozen raspberries
Small amount of coconut milk (around 2tbsp)

Method

  1. Chop bananas into small chunks and freeze overnight
  2. Put the frozen banana, frozen raspberries and the coconut milk into a blender. I would suggest adding less coconut milk to start and add a bit more if you need it to blend easier
  3. Blend. You’ll need a fairly powerful blender and it might get stuck on some larger chunks so just keep pausing it and rearranging everything with a spoon occasionally

And that’s basically it! Ridiculously easy and also super yummy. I usually have mine topped with some flakes almonds or ground linseed just for a bit of texture.
