How to Tone Your Arms!

Many people complain about not having the toned arms that they want. This will tell you a great solution that will leave your arms looking toned and tight in no time.

Your triceps are the muscles in the back of your arm. They are responsible for extending your arm. Try doing barbell tricep extensions every other day to tone your arms and 30 minutes of cardio 6 days per week to reduce the fat deposits to your arms.

How to do a barbell tricep extension:

Starting position: Take a barbell or e-z bar and sit down on a flat bench with your back upright. Grip the barbell or e-z bar with your hands, which are closer than shoulder width apart from each other.

  1. Start lifting up the barbell slowly until the barbell is above your head while your arms are fully stretched. Keep your elbows steady. Your arms should always be parallel to each other.
  2. Go slowly down until your forearms touch your biceps and go up until your arms are fully stretched. Try to push the weight up by using your triceps only.
  3. Repeat this process.
